This Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you, the individual or entity that accesses or uses the Services (defined below) (“you” or “User”), use our website, services, or interact with us, CRE Agents, Inc., a Delaware corporation, (“CRE Agents ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). CRE Agents respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy describes our practices and how CRE Agents collects, uses, shares, and safeguards your personal data and any other information we receive from you or about you.

Our Services are not intended for children or anyone under the age of 18. No one under age 18 may provide any information to us through use of the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from someone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. 1. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

In connection with our Services we collect and receive your Personal Data in different ways and from different sources.  For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” means information or data that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with you, your household, or your device. Examples of the Personal Data we collect are provided below. Personal Data does not include aggregated or de-identified information or data that cannot reasonably be linked back to you.

We obtain Personal Data in the following ways:

Account Information: When you or your employer creates an account with us, we collect certain information associated with your account, which may include your name, email address, and information about your profession and professional experience, language preferences, account credentials, payment information, and transaction history.
  2. Communication Information: If you communicate with us, (for example, when you contact us about our Services through email, text, or phone calls, when you complete a survey, when you provide feedback or post a review,, when you interact with our website and help center, or when you request support) we collect information, which may include your name, email address, information about your profession, customer survey responses, photos, videos, or audio clips if attached to a review in or comments you provide on the Site or Platform, the way you interact with our communication and Services, and the contents of any messages you send.
  3. Social Media Information: We have pages on social media sites like X, YouTube, and LinkedIn. When you interact with our social media pages, we collect Personal Data that you choose to provide to us, which may include information such as your contact details and the contents of your messages or posts. In addition, third parties may provide us with information and analytics about your social media activity.
  4. Payment Information: If you do business with us, we collect information regarding the transaction and payment, such as receipts from electronic payment account details and the last four digits of your payment method, and any other information from our third-party payment providers (such as Stripe).
  5. Inferences and Preferences: We may use any of the Personal Data collected to generate inferences and create a profile about a user and to remember your preferences to allow for faster loading of the Site and a better user experience on the Site and Platform.

1.2 Information collected automatically. We collect your Personal Data indirectly, including through automated means from your computer or device. This information includes:

2. HOW WE USE PERSONAL DATA

2.1 We use Personal Data to:

  1. provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  2. authenticate users and administer accounts;
  3. answer questions, supply customer support, and facilitate collaboration;
  4. send administrative or transactional communications (such as security alerts or billing notices);
  5. develop new features, conduct research, and perform analytics
  6. market our products and services, including interest-based advertising, where allowed by law;
  7. detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
  8. for any reason that you give us consent for, and
  9. comply with legal obligations, enforce our contracts, and protect the rights, privacy, safety, or property of CRE Agents, our Clients, and others.

3. HOW WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA

3.1 CRE Agents does not sell Personal Data for money. We do, however, share limited identifiers (such as cookie IDs and IP addresses) with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time by sending a request to info@CREAgents.com, or using a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser.

3.2 We may share Personal Data with:

  1. Our Affiliates: We will share Personal Data that we collect\ with any corporate affiliates. The information shared may be used for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and generally to operate our business, including, processing for fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, business development, user account administration, and IT, technical, and engineering support.
  2. Trusted Partners and Service Providers: We may engage third-party companies or individuals as service providers to help us operate and support our business. These third parties may support CRE Agents in respect of a variety of business purposes including website and data hosting, research, auditing, marketing, customer support, and data processing. These third parties have limited access to your information, may use your information only to perform agreed tasks, and are prohibited from disclosing or using your information for other purposes. The types of third-party service providers that we work with include:
    1. Linked Third-Party Websites or Plug-Ins when you use third party applications and choose to connect your CRE Agents account with such external third-party applications. If you choose to connect your account to a third-party application, the providers of those services or products may receive information about you that CRE Agents, you, or others share with them. Please be aware that when you use third-party sites or services, their own terms and privacy policies will govern your use of those sites or services.
    2. Vendors and Service Providers. To assist us with our business operations and to perform certain services and functions including providers of hosting services, email providers, sales support, customer support, authentication providers, financial services providers, communication providers, content delivery services, data warehouse services, and other information technology services providers.
    3. Business Reorganization: In some cases, we may choose to reorganize our business (such as via a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership, or transfer of all or substantially all of CRE Agents ’ assets). Your Personal Data may be disclosed in the diligence process with counterparties and others assisting with the transaction and transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of that transaction.
    4. Professional Advisors, Industry Partners, Authorities, Regulators, and other Entities: We may share your Personal Data with our advisors, accountants, consultants, regulators and tax authorities, law enforcement, government agencies, civil litigants, and other entities as reasonably necessary to:
      1. comply with applicable law or regulations, court orders, subpoenas, legal process, or government requests;
      2. detect, investigate, prevent, or address actual or suspected fraud, violations of CRE Agents ’ Terms, and other illegal activity or security and technical issues; or
      3. protect the rights, property and safety of our Customers, CRE Agents , or others, including to prevent harm or loss.
  3. With Your Consent: We may share your Personal Data with your consent at your direction with non-affiliated third parties.

4. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

4.1 We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and scripts to:

  1. Operate and enable Site, Platform, and Free Trial functions;
  2. remember your settings;
  3. measure Site performance and optimize content including personalized content, advertising, traffic trends, and behavior data;
  4. to provide security and fraud prevention, and
  5. serve targeted advertisements on other sites.

4.2 Types of Cookies Used:

  1. Essential / Strictly Necessary: Required for website operation and cannot be disabled.
  2. Analytics / Performance: Help us understand usage patterns.

5.1 CRE Agents employs technical and organizational measures designed to safeguard Personal Data, including:

5.2 No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee security of your Personal Data. Any transmission of your Personal Data is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures on the Site, Platform, or otherwise in the Services.

6. DATA TRANSFERS

The Services are intended for use only by persons located in the United States. We are headquartered in the United States and may use service providers that also operate in the U.S. or in other countries outside the country in which you reside. Therefore, your Personal Data may be transferred to countries which may not provide for the same level of data protection as guaranteed under the applicable data protection laws of the country in which you reside. For all such transfers we ensure that these countries are either considered adequate according to the applicable data protection law or that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

7. DATA RETENTION

7.1 We retain Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, including:

  1. the duration of any Free Trial;
  2. periods required under the TSA, applicable law, or industry regulations; and
  3. applicable limitation periods for potential legal claims.

7.2 When Personal Data is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it. If immediate deletion is not possible (for example, in backup archives), we will isolate and protect it from further processing until deletion becomes feasible.

8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

8.1 Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  1. request access to the Personal Data we hold about you;
  2. correct inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data;
  3. delete or erase your Personal Data;
  4. restrict or object to certain processing;
  5. receive a portable copy of your Personal Data;
  6. opt out of sales of your Personal Data;
  7. opt out of processing of your sensitive Personal Data;
  8. opt out of automated decision-making of your Personal Data;
  9. initiate a privacy cause of action for data breaches;
  10. opt out of marketing e-mail by following the instructions in any marketing message or contacting us directly; and
  11. withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

8.2 To exercise a right, e-mail info@CREAgents.com. We may ask for information to verify your identity and may direct you to your organization’s administrator if you are affiliated with a client. You will not be discriminated against for exercising one or more of these rights.

9. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. We will post the updated Policy and revise the “Last Updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice through the Site or by e-mail.
